Therapy can benefit anyone who wants to better understand themselves, address challenges, or achieve personal growth. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with a specific issue, therapy could be a helpful resource.

We offer various approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss your needs to determine the best approach for you.

How do I choose the right therapist?

Look for a therapist whose experience matches your needs and with whom you feel comfortable. It’s okay to ask about their training, specialties, and approach during an initial consultation. Building a trusting relationship is key.

Do you accept insurance, and what are the costs?

Unfortunately, insurance is not accepted at this time, only self pay options are currently available. Our session rates are $220.00.
