Website privacy notice
This notice explains the website’s appointment inquiry form and browser preferences. For information about therapy confidentiality or clinical records, contact the practice directly.
Last updated: October 28, 2026.
Information you choose to send
The appointment inquiry form asks for your first and last name and email address. You may also provide a phone number, preferred date and time, time zone, and a brief message. These details help the practice respond to questions about services, availability, and appointment arrangements.
Keep inquiries brief. Do not send diagnoses, treatment notes, medical records, insurance documents, or other sensitive clinical information through this website form. Ask the practice which communication method to use for private clinical matters.
How the inquiry form works
The form sends the information you enter to Formspree, the service used to process the submission and deliver it to the practice’s inquiry email. You can instead email the practice using the contact link below. Website and email inquiries are not monitored for emergencies, and an inquiry does not confirm an appointment.
Formspree’s privacy policy explains its own collection, storage, technical information, and service-provider practices. Review that policy before submitting information.
Language and motion preferences
The website uses your browser’s local storage to remember the language and motion settings you choose. These settings are stored in your browser so you do not need to select them on each visit. You can change them using the website controls or remove them through your browser’s site-data settings.
Links and website editing
Links to articles, resources, and third-party services may take you to other websites with their own privacy practices. The owner’s content editor uses ChatGPT sign-in; visitors do not need to use the editor to read public pages or send an appointment inquiry.
Privacy questions
Contact Morrison Psychotherapy Meadows with questions about this notice or information you sent through the inquiry form. Please do not include sensitive clinical details in an ordinary email.
